Brainstormen submits data removal and opt-out requests to data brokers and people-search websites on your behalf, tracks their responses, and repeats the process on a recurring schedule while your subscription is active.

We cannot guarantee that every broker complies or that removed data never reappears — brokers continuously re-collect information, which is why the service is recurring rather than one-time.

You confirm that the information in your removal profile relates to you (or to a person you are authorised to represent under a Family or Business plan) and is accurate. Submitting requests for third parties without authorization is prohibited.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.

All plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee: contact support within 30 days of your first purchase for a full refund.

The service is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
